Bella stepped into the old abandoned ballet studio, her heart pounding as a bead of sweat fell down her cheek. Here was the place she would meet death; but the others wouldn't be hurt. She wouldn't be able to live with herself if Edward or any of the others got hurt because of her. It was better for her to just die rather than involve other people in the process. They didn't deserve that. "I'd never given much thought to how I would die. But now, in the face of it, I'm sure there is no time to do so. I can only hope that it will be quick, that he will be satisfied with simply killing me and will leave Edward and everyone else alone."Her palms moistened as she felt her eyes water up. This isn't how she pictured death to be; she had wanted to die by Edward's side. Next to someone or something she loved. It had been a game all along. Bella had gotten herself into a corner, playing a game with the tracker. That was it -- a game. Except in this game, there could be only one winner -- the tracker. She had had hope before that everything would turn out okay, that Edward would be safe, that they would get their happily-ever-after time, but those thoughts seemed an eternity away. She pressed forward and struggled to keep her head above the flood of emotions that would be coming any time now. She had left a message for Edward back at the hotel, telling him to stay there and that she loved him. Again, that seemed so long ago. Another time. A happier one. Bella heard the tracker's voice pleasantly from the other side of the room and hoped that she would not die in vain; that she could die pleasantly, that it would be quick. That was all she wanted now.

James smiled and cocked his head to the side, watching Bella's hesitant steps near him. This was going to be fun. "Bella," he said. "I've been waiting for you. Aren't you lucky? We're going to play a little game."He was going to make her suffer; torture her to the point that she'd be wishing for death. But death wouldn't come easy for her. He'd draw and draw it out until he was finished playing his game; he only wished that Edward and Meo and Alice were already here so that they could get things started. But for now, James would have to deal with playing with Bella. "Well, where's your precious Edward? I thought he'd be here with you. Or does he refuse to love you that much now?" He grinned, knowing how much these words would hurt her. The more the merrier. "Where's Alice? And your little sidekick, Meo? Speaking of sidekicks, I've got my own right here. Dominic? Show yourself." James grinned and called out Dominic's name. He'd had his little servant bring a video camera to record every moment of this. As Dominic approached James, holding a tiny silver camera out, James couldn't help but notice his bleak, helpless looks directed at Bella. James smiled innocently at Dominic and instructed him to open the camera. "I want everything recorded -- Edward would love to see this."

Dominic heard every word James spoke from the other room where he'd been hiding. He wished desperately that a miracle would occur, that James wouldn't be able to hurt Bella -- but that wouldn't happen. There was always the possibility that Dominic could save Bella himself, but James would kill the both of them.
He heard his name being called from the ballet studio's main room, and took a deep breath before opening the door to the huge room. The camera in his hands would be used to hurt not only Bella but Edward as well, although Dom couldn't care less about Edward. All he wanted was Bella.
"I'm here, James," Dom said as he threw a few desperate looks at Bella's terrified figure, standing only a few feet away from James. Please, please, please let her survive, Dom pleaded. Even if she did, though, he'd still have to get her away from Edward and make her love him instead. But, again, that was only if she survived this.
Hesitantly, Dom opened up the camera's little screen and turned it on, listening blankly to the whirring noise it made. He wouldn't be able to stand watching Bella in pain; he'd loved her for so long that actually thinking of her not being in his life hurt.
He closed his eyes and pleaded silently that nothing would happen and repeated what James had told him to say.
"Well, Bella, this should be interesting. You and Edward have always been so perfect together; it would be a shame to have him miss this. I wish he was here right now so he could get a front row seat to the action." The words that came out of his mouth made him sick; but he had to obey James' orders. Otherwise, everyone would end up dead.
Dom leaned forward and crushed Bella's arm under his food, flinching inwardly, hoping James wouldn't notice his eyes closed.

Meota was barely detectable her scent was in the air but it seemed to be from everywhere. " See James I like you. You are very fun to play with. We've had good times and nothing we do seemed to change those good memories. Except for this Jamie. See I have live my life of sin with you for too long. We have only known each other for a few years but I have to have something to show for myself. So I can't stand around and let you hurt my best friend. So here is your options Let her go or be royally injured. Meota twirled around and popped around the corner and had her hand on James' throat. " You have no respect for what is mine. So Back off Or I'll break every bone in your body. Leave now never come back and You will never have any problems ever again."

Bella screamed as she heard the loud snapping noise her arm made after Dominic stepped on it. She looked up into the black eye of the camera that Dom was holding as tears fell down her cheeks.
"Please, She whimpered. From somewhere across the room, Bella could hear the sounds of Meo's indignant voice, trying to convince James to leave her alone. Bella struggled to keep her head together as she backed up, away from Dominic and James and towards the save haven she saw -- the open door. If she could just get them to step out into the sunlight, she would be saved.
In a moment, though, she knew that Dominic or James would have her in their hands, killing her. All she could wish for was that no one else would be involved, and that only she would be the one getting hurt. Dominic was an evil person, evil enough as James was. There was no mercy in his eyes; only a deep determination to get what he wanted -- Bella's death.
She sobbed as the pain in her arm throbbed like a thousand burning needs.
